Verify the disposition with the Polk Clerk, the reporting law-enforcement agency, or FDLE before relying on an older copy.
Treat every record you find as a starting point, not a verdict. Only the originating agency can confirm what a record currently says and whether it is still releasable.

Nothing hosted here is an official record. Confirm a court date with the Polk Clerk, custody or sheriff data with PCSO, a statewide history with FDLE, and a registry listing through the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. Only the issuing office can furnish an official or certified copy.
